Please choose toys that suit your pet’s size, age and play style. Always supervise your pet during play, inspect toys regularly, and remove any toy that is damaged, worn or has loose parts. No pet toy is indestructible. Our products are pet toys and are not intended for use by children.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, processed by Stripe. See our Payment Policy for details.
- Prices can change at any time, but changes do not affect orders you have already placed.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping. You can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we cannot verify the payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we will tell you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
We ship within the United States using USPS. Shipping methods, costs and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you when the products are delivered to your shipping address.
7. Accounts
You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Please contact us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
